What is your return policy for opened devices?
You can return devices within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened electronics may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is found to be defective.
Are the products sold on Maple Store brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed products. If an item is certified refurbished, it will be clearly labeled on the product page and include a specialized 90-day warranty.
